Cortland-Onondaga Regional Trash Partnership

March 9, 2015

Cortland-Onondaga Regional Trash Partnership

Cortland and Onondaga County assumed Co-Lead Agency status for the environmental review process (SEQR) for this project.

The co-lead agencies and OCRRA have reviewed and compiled all substantive comments on the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) which were received during the public comment period. A Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS), including a responsiveness summary, has been prepared. The document has undergone a thorough review within each County Legislature, been deemed acceptable, and officially adopted through resolution for use in developing a Findings Statement for the project.

The FEIS can be viewed by the public here.

Learn more about the Cortland-Onondaga regional trash partnership: visit Barton and Loguidice's SEQR webpage; read OCRRA's in-depth frequently asked questions document (updated regularly); and visit Cortland County's website
