#1 - Recycle
Remote control devices never belong in your home recycling bin, but some retailers accept them for recycling.
Bruin Recycling will accept remote controls. Review Best Buy’s recycling program for more information about what they accept and where.
You may also check with your device’s manufacturer to find out if they have a take-back program.
#2 - Dispose
Remove batteries from the device and manage them separately. Visit our batteries management page for guidance.
After the batteries have been removed, you can place the remote control device with trash.
