Businesses should search the internet or phone book for a list of “Rendering Companies.”
It is a good idea to amass larger quantities of cooking oil before drop off. If you have very small amounts of cooking oil (less than a quart) you can cool it, seal it in a jar with a screw top lid and place it in your trash.
