Bleach is accepted through OCRRA’s Household Hazardous Waste Program. You must make a reservation in advance.
This service is free to Onondaga County residents. However, OCRRA pays a flat fee per vehicle, whether you bring one item or several. Help us keep this program free by planning ahead and gathering multiple household toxics to bring to one appointment.
