ONONDAGA COUNTY RESIDENTS ONLY (all household materials/projects, small and large loads, delivered by the resident – not a hauler or contractor). This facility serves residents across Onondaga County; it is not limited to Jamesville residents. No appointment needed:

• Monday – Friday: 3:30 p.m. to 6 p.m.
• Saturday: 7:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. through the end of summer. Shorter hours will resume in the fall.
• Residents must unload their own materials. OCRRA cannot provide assistance.

Holiday Closings: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

BUSINESSES ONLY (including landlords, contractors and hired haulers)

• Monday – Friday only:
  • Summer Hours
    • Single axle trailers (all types) / hand-unloading: 6 a.m. to 2 p.m.
    • Dual axle dump vehicles 6 a.m. to 3 p.m. (must arrive by 2:30 p.m. if paying with cash)
  • Winter Hours (Beginning Nov. 23, 2026)
    • Single axle trailers (all types) and hand-unloading: 6:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
    • Dual axle dump vehicles 6:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. (must arrive by 2 p.m. if paying with cash)
