2026 Residential Drop-Off Pass

$25.00

This pass allows Onondaga County residents unlimited drop-off of food scraps and yard waste at the Amboy or Jamesville Compost Sites. It also gives pass holders two free bags of premium compost. Pass holders must unload their own materials in the appropriate collection area.

NOTE: All drop-offs using dual-axle trailers will be charged commercial rates. A residential compost site pass will not cover these loads. Click here to see commercial drop-off fees. Also, Jamesville Compost Site is NOT open year-round for drop-offs. Visit www.OCRRA.org/locations for hours of operation between April – November at the Jamesville site.

Want to buy compost or mulch? You don’t need a pass; you may purchase compost or mulch on a per yard basis or by the trunk load. Visit OCRRA.org/compost for details.

Description

This compost pass tag hangs from your rearview mirror and allows access to the site.
